The guest room is situated in a seven-room apartment converted into a contemporary art gallery. There are also five exhibition rooms and an office/showroom. The independent bathroom (with bathtub), fully-equipped kitchen and balcony are exclusively for the guests’ use. The gallery is open in the afternoon only, therefore in the morning and evening the guests are by themselves. It is a unique experience! Moreover, Campo de Ourique is situated near the beautiful Estrela Park and Basilica. It is a lovely quiet, residential and shopping area with some of Lisbon’s best restaurants, the Fernando Pessoa House-Museum and 5 other art galleries. Both Lisbon trams run through this neighbourhood. The gallerist can give you all the tips you need during your stay, especially regarding cultural tourism. Additionally, the gallery proposes Portuguese Style Tours and during their stay, the guests can practice yoga on the premises with a private yoga instructor. The price includes bed linen, towels and unlimited wireless internet access. The guest room is an independent room that can be locked. The use of a washing machine and iron are upon demand. In the neighbourhood, there are cafés, restaurants, small supermarkets including a health food one and a market where it's possible to take all your meals or buy food. To get to the apartment from the airport, the fastest way is to take a taxi (the cost is around €10 and it takes 20 minutes), there is a shuttle also but then you must take another bus and walk.
