Apartment located in Graça, near de view point of Senhora do Monte. At five min walking you have restaurants,supermarket, taxis and the historic tram 28. Tram 28 is probably Lisbon's greatest ride as it runs through the narrowest and steepest streets of the Alfama district. It’s very close to Campo Santa Clara where there is a famous market called Feira da Ladra on Saturday. The apartment is in a building that has been all renovated in 2008, with full equipped kitchen, bathroom with hidromassage, 1 bedroom with double bed(140×200) and one sitting room with 1 double sofa-beds, satellite TV, internet wireless and garage.

We stayed in the apartment Graca 2 in August/September 2011. Everything was very good. Especialy the magnificent window views. We had expected to be very hot in Lisbon in the summer so we had asked for the portable air-conditioner but we didn't really need it as there was good flow of the fresh air and it was nicely chilly in the apartment. I really recommend it.

Lo único que es un poco incomodo es el sistema de aire acondicionado porque hay que tener abierta una de las ventanas, entonces se tiene que poner muy fuerte para compensar el calor que entre. tendrían que mirar la opción de hacer un agujero en el cristal con una tapara para evitar ese problema. es un sistema que existe y es bastante práctico.
Por lo demás estamos encantados con todo y si visitamos de nuevo lisboa o fueramos a madriod o barcelona tenemos muy claro que volveremos a contar con vuestro apartamentos.
