This wonderful apartment is situated in Penha de França at a walking distance from the famous view point of Graça, one of the highest hills of Lisbon. The view is amazing! Nearby you have various forms of traditional commerce, and it is a walking distance from the majority of the most popular sightseeing destinations in Lisbon, like S. Vicente de Fora church, Panteão Nacional (where it is Amalia’s grave) and Alfama and its castle.
You are also near Santa Aplónia Station (Lisbon’s most important and central railway station).
The apartment is 90m2 and has been tastefully renewed to include the following: *one bedroom with 1 double bed; *one bedroom with 2 single beds, a double-sofa bed, satellite TV and stereo; * a kitchen with electric stove and oven, microwave, washing-machine and a fridge with freezer. In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters. It is a very nice place to stay and visit Lisbon.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 25% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
