In the door of the apartment there is one of the most prestigious restaurants of Madrid, El Rincon de Jaén, which is famous for its celebrity guests. There is a motorway M30 only 200 meters far from the apartment which surrounds all Madrid and only in a few minutes you can go to any part of the city.
