Description
Cozy and comfortable this small apartment has got everything you need to
make your stay unforgettable. Refurbished January 2009,situated close to
the city center between the Campus of the Universidad Complutense and La
Plaza de España (Gran Via), it is well communicated both by
subway/underground as by bus (One sub stop away from the campus and two
from Gran Via). Set in a neighborhood reknown for its liveliness and
versatility, great for shopping, for enjoying Spanish cuisine, and 20
minutes away from the museum area, great for “tapear” in short a great
place whether you are on holidays or on business. We hope you enjoy your stay.

In the South end of Plaza de España is the beginning of the Parque del Oeste. In the Templo de Debod and the gardens that surround it you wil enjoy the green area that comes until Moncloa. The whole area is a natural viewing-point, it is raised on the fertile plaine of the manzanares and on the Casa de Campo green extension. The Paseo Rosales is an avenue that borders on the Park and the contiguous zone, Arguëlles, which is an elegant district. The houses that give to the Paseo have excelent conference on Casa de Campo pasture. In spring, this area also known as Rosales is full of terraces.
