This deluxe apartment consists of a living room with sofa and sofa bed, a bedroom with a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom, both fully equipped. This historic building, located in the centre of the city (close to metro Lavapies and estación RENFE Atocha), was recently renovated. The chamber has a window oppened to the living-room. The famous cafe Barbieri, popular with the bohemian crowd, is close by, as is Argumosa Street, also known as “the beach of Madrid" with its classic tapas bars. There is also the Reina Sofia museum and various theatres nearby. There is a car park just around the corner.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 34,8% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
· Stays for 3 nights or less will be subject to an extra charge of 40 Euros.
