The apartment is located in one of Madrid's most important business and commercial area and it is a 12 minutes from the city center with metro direct line (Puerta del Sol). In just 10 minutes from the Chamartin train station and metro station Nuevos Ministerios (direct link to the Barajas airport).
You can reach the Santiago Bernabeu stadium by walking. There are several supermarkets and pubs in the area. Near the neighbourhood you will find la Dehesa de la Villa, an enormous park considered one of the “green zones” of the city, full of centennial pines and sport areas.

This was such a beautiful apartment. If I or any of my friends go back to Madrid this is the first place I would suggest to stay in. Extremely clean, extremely comfortable, safe, in a great neighbourhood, close to the metro; all in all this was my favourite place to stay in Spain.
Thank you to the staff who were very helpful with my limited Spanish and who were very professional.
