It is located in the center of Madrid, very close to Gran Vía, street across the shopping center of Madrid city.
It is next to Puerta del Sol and the famous center of Spain, Km 0. Spanish people count all Kilometres in Spain with this reference.
The city’s main tourist sites, theatres, museums and commercial centres are all within easy walking distance, Plaza Mayor either, with an architectoral baroque style.
There are a lot of restaurants in this area, and you can also going out on weekends.
It has a private car park which costs 22 euros a day.
The apartment also benefits from Madrid transports which connects all places in the city, and you can go out of Madrid with
the new Sol train station.
Nearby metro station: Gran Vía, lines 1 & 5; and Sevilla, line 2.

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble de 4étage où il y a également d'autres locations. La rue est calme, dans le centre de Madrid, pas besoin de prendre le métro pour visiter la ville. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillies, tant à l'arrivée, qu'au départ sont très sympas. L'appart est très agréable et très propre. Nous avons séjourné à Madrid du 30/04 au 03/05/2010.
