Wonderful flat located right in Colon neighborhood, only a walk from Puerta de Alcalá and Retiro Park.
The apartment is 50 sqm and has 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as a double sofa bed. It is fully furnished and equipped, you would find all the necesities required so that you will enjoy a really pleasant stay.
The area is very well harmed with metro and buses, however, you will not have to walk a lot before reaching Madrid cultural city center.
You will enjoy a pleasant walk starting from the Retiro Park, passing by Cibeles, Gran Vía Madrid major Street and know as Madrid's Broadway. There you will find a lot of famous theaters, cinemas, shops, etc.
Just have a walk all through Gran Vía street which enable you to go until Plaza de España or even find Plaza Santa Ana before to take a refresh and some "tapas".This neighbourhood, bounded by Paseo de la Castellana, Calle Alcalá, calle María de Molina and Francisco Silvela, is one of the few parts of the city with a well-defined urban structure. Blocks in the area are square and streets run parallel and perpendicular. It has a reputation for being the wealthy neighbourhood in central Madrid, and some of the most exclusive boutiques in town are located there. Its main streets are Serrano, Velázquez and Goya.
