Jacobo is the one that makes easy to deal with you. The apartment is Ok it is very, very close to the AVE terminal in Madrid Atocha train station.

Es la 2ª vez que utilizamos vuestros apartamentos: hace 2 años en Barcelona y ahora en Madrid. Es evidente que nos gustó todo, ya que hemos repetido. Nos dijeron que también teneis apartamentos en Lisboa (será la excusa para viajar allí...). ¿Teneis en más ciudades?. Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo y encantados de conoceros. I WAS TRULY SURPRISED TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY SUCH NICE PLACE FOR A VERY REASONABLE FEE. YOU ARE NOT CLOSE TO PUERTA DEL SOL, BUT IT IS MUCH MUCH BETTER, SINCE YOU A HAVE A BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM A MOST ENJOYABLE TERRACE AND YOU CAN GET TO THE MADRID CENTER IN 10 MINUTES BY THE MADRID METRO. EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY, FROM THE WASHING MACHINE TO THE COFFE MAKER, KITCHEN, FRIDGE, ETC.
NO BETTER PLACE FOR A COUPLE FOR A 1 STAR HOTEL RATE. PEOPLE FROM YOUR AGENCY WERE NICE AND HELPFUL TOO. I´LL BE BACK.

Very home-like flat, with warm athmosphere. Quiet and cosy.

The apartment was very comfortable and complete. Also near a Metro station, so this place contributed to a wonderful stay in Madrid.
