YOU ARE NOT CLOSE TO PUERTA DEL SOL, BUT IT IS MUCH MUCH BETTER, SINCE YOU A HAVE A BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM A MOST ENJOYABLE TERRACE AND YOU CAN GET TO THE MADRID CENTER IN 10 MINUTES BY THE MADRID METRO. EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY, FROM THE WASHING MACHINE TO THE COFFE MAKER, KITCHEN, FRIDGE, ETC.
NO BETTER PLACE FOR A COUPLE FOR A 1 STAR HOTEL RATE. PEOPLE FROM YOUR AGENCY WERE NICE AND HELPFUL TOO. I´LL BE BACK.

The owner also provided us with a plan of the area and marked on it recommended cafe/restaurants/supermarkets etc - this was very helpful.

The only things that we missed were hand towels (in addition to a bath towel) and an electric kettle. However, we loved the appartment and had a fantastic stay in Madrid - we'll be coming back in the summer!
