We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment even though the furnishings could have been a bit more comfortable. The internet connection was fabulous though!
We would have preferred to check in slightly earlier but being able to leave the keys as check out worked very well for us.
Your agent who took care of the check in (Guillermo) was very nice, efficient and polite!
We'll definitely come back to your agency to rent the same or a similar apartment in the same area (or Chueca or Gran Via) next year.

The apartment at Plaza Mayor-Opera was the ideal place to stay to explore Madrid as a tourist, its a lovely modern apartment with plenty of light and space, we had a real feel for the city looking over the roof tops and enjoying the sun streaming in. On a practical leval the apartment is in walking distance of all the major attractions and for cafes and retaurants which are on your doorstep, we even had our own 'local' bar for brecfast on the run!

I was really impressed with the service. All my emails and phone calls were answered in the timely manner. The booking was easy as well as checking in. Rented apartment had a water leaking in the kitchen area, but the contact person applied fixes immediately. I had a great experience with rent4days and I'll recommend this web site to my friend and family.
