My knowledge of the seasonal/ vacation appartment rental industry in Europe, milenium 2000, is limited. Few notables were apparent from my experience with rent4days. It's custemer service seamed to have been experiencing a high turover. This explaining lack of knowledge about suttle yet important details like executing contractual parts of a binding aggrement. None the less when it actualy came down to meeting rent4days agents for help, it was an outstanding experience. Agents at rent4days seamed to actualy go out of their way to making sure everything is to your satisfation, as best they could accomodate within their powers. I have faith that with a few tweeks with-in their corporate structure, rent4days will be a stellar example of what retention for its industry can be. I consider, from my experience in Madrid and with Rent4days for them to be marginaly exeptional.
