· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 23,4% of the total cost in advance, through credit card. · At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
