Located in the heart of a very frequented meeting place, the apartment has a really modern and pleasant interior design. Completely equiped, the Plaza Santa Ana Deluxe will be suitable for short and long stays in Madrid, where you could find the peace and quiet you wish.
* Work in process in the building Sol, heart of Madrid, with its strait and full of people streets, but also a wide range of shops, pubs and academies of all luck and condition. This is a comercial area and of step, where you will find the famous "Kilometer Zero", meeting point for tourists as well as for Madrid inhabitants. There you will find a lot of buildings and emblematic areas of the Capital such as The Plaza Mayor. In recent years, fronts have been renovated as these ones are dating from the past century and various people who love the hustle of the center have renovated the apartments.
In this district, you will find a lot of firms, different shops, malls and peddlers.
Moreover, in Sol district, there are shops you will not meet anywhere in Madrid, such as the famous Haberdashery of pontejo and the shops that sell eclesiastic clothes and santas. The area is also full of breweries, coffee shops and ancient crunches that tourists really prefer.

Les travaux à 7h du matin, pas top... en revanche, rien à redire sur l'appartement, confortable, spacieux, propre et très très bien situé!

Definately a very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with the best location. Can't pick any faults in this apartment. Early check in option should be available.

Location of the apartment is without doubt excellent. 5 min walk to the Plaza Mayor and other cetnral locations. The apartment itself was very clean and contempory in style. We also found Miguel and Jacob very accommodating at rent4days, as they let us leave out suitcases in their offices that are situated in Madrid city centre all day - as we had a late evening flight.
Would stay here again when we next visit Madrid.

"excellent" in all areas but there isn't the option! We stayed here for a hen weekend and had a fabulous time - the location is fantastic, the
