Located in a centric area of Madrid (Chamberrí), near the square of Quevedo and El Corte Ingles. The Fuencarral street, situated between Quevedo and Bilbao, is one of the most known street with restaurants, bars and cinemas. Different markets are really close to the apartment.
Near the Fuencarral street is located Chueca, an area where the tourist can live the real Spanish “marcha” in its restaurants and bars. Going to the other side of the Quevedo square, there´s a municipal area with golf and the new Canal Theaters.
The area has different subway stations like Quevedo, Bilbao, Canal and not so far the Moncloa bus station.
