ground-floor apartment is the ideal place to relax and unwind after an intense day of sightseeing and shopping. The newly constructed apartment building was designed in the 19th century “corrala” style, featuring an interior courtyard and interior corridors along the upper stories. The light pastel colors are accented by honey wood floors and extends out onto a cozy terrace.
Its location provides easy access to all the
“must-see places”: a fifteen-minute stroll to the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta del Sol or the Royal Palace. Just five more minutes walking takes you to the Casa Encendida, the Atocha Train Station, the Museum of Modern Art Reina Sofia, or the Prado Museum. The surrounding neighborhood is La Latina, a favorite hangout for locals and tourists alike, where one can dine on tapas and sangria. The Barrio de las Letras, known for its nightlife, is only twenty minutes away.
Important Notice! If you come by car, tell us in order ask for permission to access. Those who prefer to use the wonderful public transportation of Madrid will be pleased by its ease of access to several buses (circular, 60, 41, 148, 3, 17, 18, 23, 35, 34, 36, 27, SE, N13, N140), metro stations (Puerta de Toledo, Acacias, La Latina, Tirso de Molina, Embajadores) and “trenes de cercanias” (Embajadores, y
Piramides). Surrounded by unique stores and only three minutes from the Puerta de Toledo, a large shopping district and nearby parking garages, one can get lost
in the treasures offered up in stores like “El
Laberinto” (“The Labyrinth”). Be sure to stay on a Sunday morning, when the “Rastro” offers up a taste of
what real Madrid is all about!

esta opcion de apartamento esta muy bien, por su situacion y comodidad, se ajustan las fotos a la realidad, estan nuevos, no se escucha nada, es mas tienes en su calle una de las mas transitadas del rastro y el domingo no escuchas ningun ruido hasta que no sales a la calle, facil de llegar y con parking a 100 metros.
