Description
A comfortable, bright attic with terrace offering wonderful views of Madrid. This 90m2 apartment, recently refurbished, consists of a large living room of 40m2, one bedroom of 25m2, a second 12m2 bedroom and two bathrooms. It is a cosy, well-decorated apartment situated on the street-side of the building.
The flat is very well placed just a short walk from the "Triangulo de Las Artes" (Reina Sofia Museum, Prado Museum, Thyssee, etc…). It is a few metres from "El Retiro" and near to the Atocha Renfe (railway and bus station). There is also a metro station nearby. The area offers many restaurants, bars and shops and there is a public car park next to the building.

The apartment was very spacious (except the bathrooms) and in a very convenient location to the metro and the Atocha Train station. The furnishings were a bit shabby and the lack of basic provisions (i.e. toilet paper, dish liquid) was a bit disappointing. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and would recommend the apartment and website.

· To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 35,4% of the total cost in advance, through credit card.
· At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit between 150€ and 300€, or 600€ for stays of more than 3 weeks as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
· Check in after 22:00 or on Sundays will be subject to an extra charge of 30 Euros.
