This 90m2 apartment, recently refurbished, consists of a large living room of 40m2, one bedroom of 25m2, a second 12m2 bedroom and two bathrooms. It is a cosy, well-decorated apartment situated on the street-side of the building.
The flat is very well placed just a short walk from the "Triangulo de Las Artes" (Reina Sofia Museum, Prado Museum, Thyssee, etc…). It is a few metres from "El Retiro" and near to the Atocha Renfe (railway and bus station). There is also a metro station nearby. The area offers many restaurants, bars and shops and there is a public car park next to the building.

The apartment was very spacious (except the bathrooms) and in a very convenient location to the metro and the Atocha Train station. The furnishings were a bit shabby and the lack of basic provisions (i.e. toilet paper, dish liquid) was a bit disappointing. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and would recommend the apartment and website.
