This attic apartment (fifth floor) is situated directly in the heart of Madrid (and Spain for that matter, because within a few metres of the apartment is the famous ‘Zero Kilometre’, which is the point from where every road distance in Spain is calculated.) In this district, you will find a lot of firms, different shops, malls and peddlers. Moreover, in Sol district, there are shops you will not meet anywhere in Madrid, such as the famous Haberdashery of pontejo and the shops that sell eclesiastic clothes and santas.
