A very elegant area although commercial close to the Alcala Street and a few feet from Goya (Corte Ingles), Palace of the Sports where you’ll enjoy concerts and many different shows, and the Plaza de Toros de Ventas. Huge space, comfortable, two bathrooms recently renewed, one of which has a bath tub and the other showerbox, living room, three bedrooms with capacity for up to six persons and full equipped. The style of the apartment is clasic and at the same time cozy and chic.Salamanca neighborhood is one of the most beautiful, interesting and exclusive in the city of Madrid. Surrounding by El Paseo de la Castellana, Alcala Street, Maria de Molina Street and Francisco Silvela Street. Is well known as a distinguished neighborhood among all of Madrid’s downtown. Most of the big name stores are in the area. Is a quiet area surrounded by parks, stores and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Spanish food. Very close is the M30, expressway that in a few minutes will take you to any place in the city. Its main streets are Serrano, Velázquez and Goya.
